Challenge: Top sales team expected a signature experience they couldn’t book through internal travel. 9-month lead, but Oktoberfest premium tent capacity was already 80% booked.

Delivered: Two adjacent reserved-table blocks in Paulaner Festzelt. Private BMW Welt reception, Bavarian castle gala at Schloss Kaltenberg, Alpine helicopter experience for top 20 performers. Custom dirndl/lederhosen outfitting.

Outcome: 97% guest satisfaction. Programme expanded to 340 pax the following year. 31% post-trip retention lift among qualifying sellers vs. non-qualifying control.

Global Consulting Firm — 18-Person Alpine Strategy Week

Challenge: C-suite strategy week needed serious working sessions (6+ hours daily) plus premium hospitality justifying calendar commitment. Confidentiality ruled out public conference hotels.

Delivered: Private-buyout of a 24-key boutique Alpine luxury hotel. Daily structure: 07:00 voluntary hike, 09:00–13:00 facilitated sessions, afternoon activities (helicopter over Zugspitze, private wine tasting, spa block), Michelin-standard tasting menus. Shielded Wi-Fi, enterprise-grade encryption.

Outcome: Became the firm’s annual default format. Repeated in 2025 — we now hold first-right-of-refusal on those dates for the client.

European Tech Unicorn — 520-Person Sales Kickoff, Berlin

Industry: SaaS/Technology · Origin: Pan-European · Format: 3-night new-year strategy launch

Challenge: 520 participants from 28 countries arriving within a 36-hour window. Central venue needed for plenary sessions + flexibility for 8 parallel breakout streams. Client wanted “not-another-conference-hotel-ballroom” feel.

Delivered: Converted industrial hall (4,200 m² plenary) with custom staging and AV. 4 hotel blocks within 1.5 km. Welcome reception at a Berlin art museum after-hours. Closing gala at a 1920s ballroom with live jazz. Team-building split across 6 parallel Berlin neighbourhood experiences. Dedicated programme app.

Outcome: Post-programme NPS 84. Client booked the following year before the closing night had ended.
